Creating an Account:
To utilize our services, you need an Avitor.ai account. If you don't have one yet, you can create your account by visiting app.avitor.ai/auth/signup. You may sign up using your email address and phone number or by connecting through your Google or WeChat account. Registration is free of charge.
Changing or Resetting Your Password:
If you need to reset or change your password, follow these steps:
Reset Your Password:
- Navigate to the Sign In page.
- Click on “Forget Password?”
- Enter the email address associated with your Avitor.ai account.
- Click “Send Reset Link” to receive instructions for resetting your password.
Change Your Password:
If you know your current password and wish to change it:
- Go to My Profile and select “Change Password.”
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click “Change Password” to update your credentials.
Payment Methods:
Avitor.ai accepts the following payment methods:
1. Credit Card Hold + Wire Transfer:
This method involves placing a contingency hold on your credit card for the total flight charge plus a 5% processing fee. You must complete the wire transfer payment within 24 hours of purchase. If the wire transfer is not received within this timeframe, your credit card will be charged for the full amount.
2. Credit Card:
You may opt to pay directly with your credit card, authorizing us to charge the total flight charge plus a 5% processing fee.
3. Cryptocurrency:
Payments made with cryptocurrency will incur a 5% processing fee.
Information Collection:
We gather information through various means:
- Directly from You: When you provide personal information to us.
- Automatically: As you navigate our application or website, including details such as geolocation, usage statistics, IP addresses, and data collected via cookies and other tracking technologies.
- From Third Parties: Such as public records and business partners.
