Payment and Billing

BillingYou agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we are unable to process your payment.
Termination

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.2. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Avitor.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the six months preceding the claim.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in New York.

SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.3. WaiverThe failure of Avitor.ai to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
